Remove the default scheduling queue

It might be more beneficial and easier to understand to not have a default schedule/queue set in the beginning.
Instead just have a normal schedule button and remove the "Add to queue" until a user sets up his own schedule in the scheduling page.

For me personally, I don’t know what a good schedule for me is yet and would like to experiment before I set up my own queue…
